Culinary Institute of America at Greystone.

offerings of food and wine, living art, and music will entice
you at every turn. Bid on art, take a turn on the dance floor,
savor gourmet fare in the world famous teaching kitchen and
raise your paddle high at the event’s live auction to win exotic

Tickets are $125 through January 8; $150 through January 31;
$175 at the door.
